3. 해결책
일단은 프린터 헤드를 알콜로 닦아주라고 알려드렸고 그렇게 해봤는데도 똑같이 잘 안나온다고 하셨씁니다. 그럼 프린터 헤드 문제입니다. 프린터 헤드를 갈아주는 것은 이론적으로 쉽습니다. 그런데 막상 쉽다고 했다가 생기는 골치 아픈 일들이 있죠. 첫번째로 프린터 헤드의 나사가 안경에 쓰는 나사처럼 아주 작습니다. 아주 조그만 드라이버가 필요하고 아주 조심해서 빼거나 넣어야 합니다. 이 나사를 놓쳐서 금전 등록기 안으로 들어가게 된다면 금전 등록기 자체를 오픈해야 하기에 사장님께 교체하는 비디오를 보내드렸습니다. 그리고 교체되는 프린터에 달린 플라스틱 연결 부분을 구멍안에 Evenly 넣어주어야 합니다. 안그러면 접합 부분이 잘 맞지 않아 프린터가 제대로 작동하지 않습니다.
